PHOTOGRAPHY

MY PHOTO PORTFOLIO

ART / STREET / JOURNALISM / TRAVEL / EVENT / PORTRAIT — My photographic album began in photo-journalism, and then spread into the other aforementioned forms of photography.

With photography, the medium is the space and the world we live in — and to capture it at the right moment — is the the key to the city in regards to the project you are working on. Space-Time is both against you, and on your side. It's a whirlwind cyclone with a calm eye in the middle. However, you got legs and a soul and a one eyed device that can stop all of that in an instant.

I have been formaly trained in art, journalism, & portrait photography. However, jobs and curiosity have led me into other forms of photo exploration that I find equally meaningful and representative of the craft itself.

"Photography is an austere and blazing poetry of the real." — Ansel Adams.

My former art photography professor once shot the shoot over some shots with ol' Ansel once before he past on to another frame of existance. A fly on the wall I wish I was at the time. I hope you enjoy my view of our existance through my lens.
